If you look around the market, you can also buy an adapter for this mask that accepts off the shelf hardware store cartridges or 40mm NATO cartridges. This means with a bit of informed product choice, you can customize this respirator to fit your needs when welding, working with harsh chemicals, or even just filtering out dust.
The mask also has an incredibly wide field of view, a comfortable polyester mesh head harness and a NIOSH approved construction that ensures proper seal from hazardous air. The facepiece is designed to accommodate round and oblong face shapes, and allows for easy communication with dual voice emitters.
