If you need raingear, this is a good option

My set was manufactured in 1993 and the condition was still perfect. The pants are a bit short, but I assume this is due to it being designed for soldiers wearing tall combat boots. The upside is they won't drag on the ground like most raingear. It is relatively simple in design. The hood only has a draw cord for tightening around the face, but it sized well enough that it fits the head with requiring a massive amount of adjustments.

not for unfortunately short people

don't be 5'6" and buy this unless you want to look very comically unproportional
