The Nutria brown cotton-polyester fabric blend wears very hard, hides dirt and grime, and excels at keeping the sun at bay. Based on the info printed on the tags, these shirts are from the very last years of the Border War (1990s). This may explain why they were never issued and are still in their original packaging.

Each shirt has two pockets with box pleats, perfect for storing small items like papers, tissues, and pens. The pocket buttons are protected from snagging on vegetation or loose gear by design.

Specs

  • 80/20 cotton/poly blend
  • “Nutria brown” color goes well with coyote brown gear
  • Five-button button-down shirt
  • Two spare buttons sewn to the bottom-right inside
  • Two button-secured front pockets
  • Straps for shoulder marks, rank tabs, etc.
  • Loop at neck for hanging and carrying shirt by fingers
  • Buttoned cuffs with gauntlet cut for easy-to-roll-up sleeves

Quite comfy

It's a great shirt. It feels thick and yet I feel airy enough during the heat. The more you sweat the easier it is to blend in with the dirt.

Fits well, even for someone with Skinwalker proportions.

I'm an above average size of Normal Human (6'6") and this shirt at L fits perfectly. I previously inquired to their customer service representative about whether it would fit my upper Human torso, and they told me not to worry about it and that it would fit me well.

Size aside, this shirt is pretty slick. It works well in pretty much every situation.

I would very much recommend this product.

Nice shirt.

Bought the wrong size last time because I’m an idiot. (122) Gave that one to dad as work overall while he works on boats n shiz.

This one is better. (112) Fits me nicely, I have a fairly broad chest and some dadbod/pub hardman/squat farmer/hobbit combo so most shirts that fit nicely at the sides don’t allow me to move my arms above my head or are too baggy at the sides. This seems to give the desired fit for mobility without looking crap. Length may be a bit long if you don’t plan on tucking it. (I took the short sleeve to a tailor and lopped off a couple of inches for this reason). But if you are not a king of Manlets like me then it should hang well.

Hard wearing and stylish, sleeves roll nicely and I can actually get all the way up. Worthy addition to your k wardrobe.

For you...

I'm a big guy, so it comes as no surprise that you size 112 shirt was a bit snug in the shoulders and chest. However, the shirt is extremely comfortable with and without an undershirt. It's a quality shirt for an excellent price that offers versatility in usage. I'd highly recommend it to anyone interested in a hard wearing, comfortable clothes that don't scream "I SUBSCRIBE TO 5.11'S NEWSLETTER".

Good Shirt

Got a size 112 and typically wear a L or XL shirt and the fit is good. Color is a very cool burnt bronze (dosen't show in the pictures). Good medium weight shirt for summer innawoods.
