The hot weather companion to the BW's Flecktarn trousers, the Bermuda short is neat, tidy, and functional. Just what you would expect from the Germans.

The short version of the excellent Flecktarn pant borrows the latter's excellent single-gusseted pocket design. This holds cargo closer to the wearer's thigh than traditional BDU shorts. This closeness helps secure against "sloshing" movements — a great feature for sprinting through West Berlin ahead of an advancing Soviet horde.

Condition

We have hand-sorted this batch of Flecktarn shorts and removed any with damaged or missing components, tears, holes, or indelible stains. You should expect very good to great condition with few signs of use.

As it turned out, my hulking physique-by-cheeseburger thighs were too much for the streamlined kraut-engineered trousers. A size up and I was fine. I ended up getting a Size 9.

Also, only four stars because I ordered them "unissued" and they came with a small hole that had been sewed shut with a patch.

Fits perfectly! Almost too well.

They fit. They're practical. They're comfortable. Can't wait to bring these out for non-office work projects during the summer.

They also hug my ass so aggressively (yet daintily) that my GF won't let me wear them in public.

German quality

The shorts are well made with no imperfections other than the shorts being super faded in some spots but you can still tell it's flecktarn and they are comfortable to wear.
