Hon Hon Hon. This cozy, classic-styled, tent is perfect for outings in the woods.
Inspired by the US A-frame pup tent, but made of heavy-duty nylon for better waterproofing than its cotton counterparts as well as reducing weight.
It has an integrated rainfly, tub-style sealed floor to keep you dry, and mesh vents on the top of the doors as well as the interior that can be opened to let out any excess heat in the tent.
Additionally, each end of the tent has a double zippered door split down the middle to allow for partial opening.
Tips and DIY Improvements
- As with basically any tent, it's recommended that you replace the stakes it comes with and get lightweight stakes to lower the weight a bit.
- The two support poles can be ditched in favor of your trusty trekking poles, if you want to cut down the weight and bulk even more.
- The tent is not 100% Storm-Proof. You might want to get an auxiliary rain tarp for heavy rain. you can also treat the tent with various different agents to make it more waterproof but you still might want another tarp in case of torrential downpour.
Specs
- 84" x 56" x 40" dimensions when set up
- Nylon stuff sack measures 16" x 8" x 6" when packed
- Total Weight: 7.5 lbs
- "2-person" (plenty for 1 person + gear!)
- Multi-Zippered doors on each end
- Closeable Side Vents
- Vent panels over each door and at sides (with storm flaps)
- Waterproof-treated, with built in footprint
- Unissued condition

I love this tent, it’s quite spacious. It is extremely easy to set up, the bag it comes with however, is another story, it’s flaking off on the inside, but that’s definitely because of age, all around solid tent, get a new tent bag though.

Noice
My tent standards are limited to what i was issued but let me tell you this feels like an upgrade. Partly due to it not being stained by the farts and feet of dudes before you. It's compatibility, size, color and weight make it ideal for a bug out bag, camping or PB ops/larping. I've yet to get it wet, however I sprayed mine with waterproofing spray. Mine came unissued condition with all stakes and guy lines. Would recommend.

Lovely, but not waterproof!
I adore this tent, easy to setup, no holes, tears, damage, or complaints. Aside from, the "waterproof" rainfly. It's not. I thankfully found this out with a tarp on hand.
Cool tent
Gonna do nasty shit in this tent
