The one pouch you can't go without, and usually the first pouch that leads you deep into the pouch-ridden rabbit hole you'll never escape from. But at least when you're trapped down there this pouch will outlive you.

This is the double M4 pouch. The mag cell is designed to hold two standard 30-round STANAG magazines, but polymer mags are going to be a tougher fit. Its certainly possible to shove two in but you'll find it ends up being much too tight. The good news is that these retain even a single magazine well. So if this is mounted on the cummerbund of your plate carrier for example, you'll have a much slimmer profile that your arms wont run into, and some seriously durable mag pouches all the while.

When these were being made, contractors used a thick strap-like nylon to make the flap for the pouches instead of a normal knit for extra rigidity when pulling up on the flap. The mag cells are both enclosed with elastic webbing so they collapse when not in use, and retain magazines well even when the flap is open.

The tall loop field that extends beyond the lip of the pouch means the flap has got a lot of extra room — you can loop this over items all the same size as a 30-rounder or even some taller items & magazines if you get creative.

Condition

Excellent:

Pouch has minor to no stains, blemishes or fraying and absolutely no tears, rips, holes, and remains entirely coyote brown.

Salty:

Pouch may have minor stains, blemishes or fraying. Hardware remains entirely functional, but pouch may be sun-bleached towards a lighter brown or white. Might actually go well with your winter kit. Below is the most extreme example we could find, not all "salty" pouches will have this appearance.

These grrrrllllsss be NASTY😉

Don’t be fooled by her tattered, worn clapped out appearance, these sassy babies will take everything you give. It’ll never take the chrome off of the trailer hitch, but your junk won’t bounce around like a hotdog down the hallway. you won’t be able to take her out amongst polite society, but she’ll ace a performance review every time… Just like America.

Good bones, will need elastic replaced

Stiffens up well when sprayed with od green paint, needs elastic replaced and some minor stiching repair. 2/3 I ordered need new elastic, 1 was used but great condition. Even if the 2/3 were trash, $9 for a double mag pouch isnt bad.

Good Fit for a Small Ham

My BaoFeng BF-F8HP handset snuggles nicely in the USMC Coyote Brown Double-Single STANAG Pouch. Should protect the radio from snags and button bumps while securing it better than the integrated belt-clip does. Volume/Power control accessible through gap at top of pouch flap when closed. The radio needs to be lifted from the pouch to change channels.
