Waxi boots run large, we recommend going a size down from what you usually wear.
The 'Full Combat' Waxi boot is the taller, more rugged variant of our 'half combat' Waxis that we've sold for years now. What sets them apart from other full-height leather combat boots is the things that make a Waxi boot a Waxi boot — lightweight breathable leather, tennis-shoe-like flexibility, and a wide toebox. Unlike our other Waxi boots, it features a double-buckled lace guard for extra durability; It'll shrug off thick brush, caked-on mud, and deep sand with ease.
Moderately comfortable straight away, will probably be more comfy as I break them in. I really like the strap around the shin, and they are relatively breathable.
I want to preface this review by saying I don’t have a lot of experience with boots as a whole, but I am wholly impressed with the Waxis. They are honestly so much more comfy than I could’ve imagined, and broke in with ease! I honestly wear these boots almost daily whether it be out or at my job where I’m on my feet a lot. Cant really go wrong with them and they look sick too!! Also Kommandostore was super prompt and accommodating with exchanging the original pair I got for a smaller size. Highly recommend these bad boys.
Am really loving these boots, When they wear in they are comfortable and they look really bad ass, And like some people are say here "Get them a size down from what you usually wear" that is what I did and was not disappointed. Thanks Kommandostore you you rock :)
These are the perfect everyday shoes. They look good, stay put, got a comfortable wide toe box and are surprisingly breathable. Can't recommend more.
I was sceptical about ordering a size larger as recommended, but i did and they fit perfectly. Absolutely recommend
