Sizing
The covers come in two separate sizes depending on how large of a pack you need to cover up. The ‘Large’ covers the long range 40-100L behemoths while the ‘Small’ will work with anything from your small 20L day pack up to 40L.

Waterproof. Good deal!
The "small" fits a Mystery Ranch 3 Day Assault Pack; the "large" fits a Mystery Ranch Overload + Daypack lid.
The material feels like cotton fabric, not Gore-texy. But I ran it under a faucet for a good while, and my hand underneath was indeed dry.
It doesn't naturally fold up very compact, but compresses nicely with other items.
You can't tell it's not Multicam unless you have an on-the-spectrum level of attention to detail.

Fits Large Alice Pack
The large variant of this pack cover fits the large ALICE pack with room to spare. I believe that I can use the inside strap system to get a tighter fit as well.
