Pattern 83 Complete System Bundle [Pre-Order]

Bought a battle damaged one several years ago for about 50 American dollars. Customized it for a water bladder and it easily carries anything needed for 24hrs. Excellent mag capacity, comfortable and durable.

Haven't gotten to put it to much use yet sadly due to this whole quarantine deal but it arrived on time and the only defect is a tear halfway down the divider of one of the ammo pouches. It isn't anything worse than I'd have expected given the condition (doesn't really impact the use of the pouch) I chose and would be easy enough to repair.

This rig beats the quality of most of what I've shopped around for, and beats the price of everything else. A perfect example of when milsurp makes sense over a consumer product/milspec clone. Pouches are deceptively large compared to pictures, and the utility pouches fit radios/canteens/compasses/etc, allowing me to transition gear from a MOLLE pouch setup to this with minimal fuss.

I ordered the "Great+" condition of this item。The battle jacket is a true classic from the Bush War Era of Southern Africa. It is a versatile load bearing system but I suspect the magazine pouches are designed to carry AR or R4 mag， and AK mag will not be a nice fit (you can check on the web)

The quality of the item for me is lesser to "great+" with partial server wear and tear，since it is a surplus item so I can live with that.

Just a point of reference: there are two types for the P83 vest but there is no indication on the web store, so I assume it is random.

Overall I am happy with the purchase.
