More useful than a regular CAT
This CAT will help stop you from bleeding out of your heavily bleeding appendages, except if you get a big gash in your neck. If that happens, it's not the best or brightest idea to cut the circulation off.
Looking thick, tight
Feels tight on my bulging biceps and sick quads.
Will hold my blood in for continued gains.

These are a no-brainer. Put one in your car, your backpack, your fanny pack, whatever. Get another one to practice with once in a while.
