Each box of contains 12 individually packaged meals, 2 each of 6 different varieties. These cases are new production directly from Ameriqual and has an extended shelf life of approximately 60 months depending on storage conditions. The meals are self-heating and just 2 meals meets an individuals recommended daily caloric needs, which means each case is 6 days worth of nutrition. Menus meet standards developed by the American Red Cross for daily calories and sodium requirements. The meals meet requirements for protein, sodium, and fiber, however exceed daily requirements for fats and carbohydrates. All meals are trans fat free.

Decent Minimal MREs

Pretty good MREs only issue was one of the mains wasn's sealed right at the factory and spoiled due to the packing lot being early last year (2019)

I haven't eaten it yet, looks nice on shelf.

So far, it's a very small box, with excellent letters on it. I haven't eaten from it yet because I'm waiting for the food shortages to hit. Because they haven't hit I haven't had a chance to eat them. However, if food shortages hit, I might be inclined to not to review it (apology in advance) however it has brought a small degree of comfort by just having extra stuff at the ready. I'm kinda sad it doesn't have alcohol pairings yet though.
