Returns & Exchanges
Our domestic returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. International returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or otherwise in the same condition that it was shipped in.

Several types of goods are not eligible for returns. Perishable or consumable goods such as food, medical products, items like water bottles which may contact bodily fluids, digital goods such as gift cards or down-loadable products are all non-eligible. In addition, some special event items ("gumball machine" et al.) and items explicitly marked as "all sales final" are not eligible for return. If a product is a made-to-order item (ex. a custom printed tee) and not fulfilled from our warehouse, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase if we cannot find a matching digital record the sale.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or which is damaged or missing parts (unless we are responsible)
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In the event that we have not sent your item yet (such as in the case of an order cancellation) the item may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. If you cancel an item marked as pre-order or pre-sale prior to shipping, you will receive a full refund. 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please note there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@kommandostore.com.

Damage and Shipping Errors
We will replace or refund items if they are defective, damaged or simply the wrong item. This is done free of charge provided you contact our support or open a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Missing Parcels
If your package was marked as delivered but is missing, please reach out to us within 10 days of delivery via help@kommandostore.com so we can open an insurance claim on your behalf. Before contacting us, please consider reaching out to your carrier and checking with your neighbors in the case a simple mistake has occurred.

USPS letter mail may take up to 15 business days to be delivered. Please note our Return & Exchange policy does not apply to un-trackable parcels such as USPS Letter mail — it is up to the sole discretion of KommandoStore to decide if letter mail orders will be re-shipped in the event of a lost or missing envelope.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should use our returns portal to open a return request and generate return postage.

When an item is returned you may opt for a direct refund, an exchange, or store credit. We deduct return postage and handling costs from returns resulting in direct refunds. Safely returning your items is solely the customer's responsibility.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
