True to size, warm, sizing runs true, matches parka's sizing perfectly.
As we all know, the Flecktarn Parka itself is an excellent piece of kit, being extremely useful in wet, windy, and even mildly cold environments. Its biggest drawback, though, is when it's below freezing it just doesn't have the insulation necessary to keep you warm without a few layers below it.
The liner listed here works wonders in helping the parka in colder climates. You'll find wearing it with the parka without reconsidering its addition will make you much too warm in temperatures previously perfect for the parka alone. It also will help the parka significantly in windy situations.
The liner is also extremely comfortable, so much so that I think if you wear the parka without it you will notice its somewhat rough texture much more readily. I find the neck/collar piece a bit uncomfortable if you have a bit of a beard, but it folds down out of the way when not necessary quite readily. The smooth outer material the liner is made of is very comfortable against your skin.
My one and only complaint is that the liner and parka don't have some sort of button system within the sleeves near the wrists to secure them to each other. Taking them off will often result in the parka coming off without the liner. Easily remedied with snap buttons, needle and thread.
I have owned plenty of modern "puff" down or synthetic down jackets, vests, etc., and you simply cannot beat the parka and liner for the price. The two together punch -far- above their weight class.

Very good
You can tell it has been washed but there is nothing wrong with the one I bought.
I bought the exact GR size I needed. GR size is chest AND height. Other places just sell small, medium or large.

Beats a Polar Vortex
Got it in anticipation for cold weather and lucky for me it has been the worst weather here for the last 10 years. Doesn't even feel like -10 when I wear this and a light windbreaker overtop, looks good fits good what else can I say. Definitely beats out those hyped up "Canada Goose" jackets that are ACTUALLY $1100 a pop, and this is like 30, so do the math.
