USPS Letdown

I was so excited to receive my shotballs, I got notified they were on there way but the United States Postal Service let me down, left me dying in the streets as they fumbled and “damaged” my package. But a beacon of hope & unwavering customer focus came through to help me, shoutout to James from KS CS team. He may not have been able to get my package from the sticky fingers of USPS who so carelessly left it behind but he aided me and did all he could. Thank you James, I look forward to the next ball. 🫡
