Decent little sewing kit. Comes with needle, spare buttons, a decent amount of thread and a DPM pouch. 2nd one I've bought. Threw it straight in my glove box.
Didn't come with everything in the photo but it still had the most useful stuff.
A sewing kit is something that you never think about needing.
But when you have one, everyone is your friend!
Especially if it's in Dutch DPM!
It’s small, it’s cheap, and it’s undeniably practical—kind of. The Sewing Kit doesn’t inspire confidence with its flimsy stitching and questionable construction. The camo-patterned case is charming in its own way, but you get the distinct impression it’s hiding its own fragility.
Inside, the tools are basic but functional. Needles, thread, a few buttons—it’s enough to patch up gear in the field or your couch at home. But as you hold it, you can’t shake the feeling that the first thing you’ll have to repair is the sewing kit itself.
And yet, there’s something endearing about its scrappiness. It knows it’s not well made, but it punches above its weight in utility. It’s not built to last, but maybe, just maybe, you’ll find yourself relying on it more than you expect.
Three stars. Flimsy, but it earns its keep—for now.
