It's hard to go wrong with surplus fleeces - and where the US left a woodland-shaped hole in our heart, French CCE camo steps in to give camo lovers what they really want.

CCE is a woodland pattern designed to match the ecology of mainland Europe, with the 'CE' literally standing for Centre Europe. Unlike US M81 Woodland, it features thicker and heavier patterning like other French camos of the 90s.

This quarter zip fleece issued to the French Military is a comfortable low-pile fleece that keeps you warm but isn't a heavy moisture magnet. It's a great addition under lighter jackets if you prefer to dress like l'Oignon in the winter time — without a full-zip to mess with it doesn't make your chest crowded or uncomfortable with layers of zippers.

Sizing

From our experience these jackets run small in their native Frog sizing- we've translated their sizing to the equivalent US size. Our model is 6' 0" tall with a chest size of 37" and found the Size Large (112) to fit without an issue.

 Condition

Jackets are in new condition. Absolutely no tears, marks, rips, stains, writing, or blems.

Très confortable

Extremely comfortable fleece at a bargain price. I have a 48” chest and when wearing just a t shirt underneath, it’s slightly loose, with good freedom of movement. This is a lightweight fleece and perfect for layering. Highly recommend!

Mon drapeau est en plein mât!

Fits like many military 1/4 zips I've worn before, just a better color scheme. Light fleece for extra layers in the woods or great on its own with a pair of jeans. Bought my normal t-shirt size. If you're used to old waffle tops, size up from your GI size.

Almost perfect.

So I'm 6'5" with a 42" chest, 35" waist, and a 38" sleeve. Finding milsurp that fits me isn't easy, but the largest size: 120 is a touch baggy and the sleeves are just long enough. So I hope that helps someone find the size they're looking for. Otherwise, it's super soft and comfortable. It's a great midlayer for camping, hiking, or larping if that's your thing. I'm looking forward to using it. I just wish it was a touch more fitted. It's like an XL waffle top with shorter sleeves.

Nice fleece

Fleece is a little more thin than I expected but warm and comfy with good quality stitching and a nice long collar for covering your neck, fits pretty tts maybe a touch longer than I expected, but I am on the shorter side.
