If you're looking for a good retention holster with level 3 tamper protection and no Safariland tax, look no further. While some think "outdated drop leg holsters & thick black nylon" when they think of Blackhawk, we see a lot of bang for buck...

It should go without saying according to the product photos, but these do not present the same risk as their often mocked design for the SERPA holster. These, in fact, do not place your finger right where a trigger would be as soon as you unholster your trusty sidearm.

Level III retention means that there is a positive lock of the firearm into the holster that's practically full-tilt-sprint-and-backflip proof, and also prevents would-be literal gun grabbers from looting your Glock from under your nose...

These holsters are also light compatible because it's 2024 and you really should be running a pistol light. C'mon.

Specs

  • Compatible with TLR-1, TLR-2, or X300 footprints
  • Light must be installed for proper retention
  • P/N Right Hand: 2100683, for glock 17, 22, & 31
  • P/N Left Hand: 2100684, for glock 17, 22, & 31

Condition

Holsters are in fully functional, great condition. All hardware is present and working. May show signs of use such as scratches, or divots.

Surplus > Everything

Listen, I'm no cop and my military experience was limited to paperwork, but this thing is GREAT.

Jammed a G19 with a Wild2 in it (thinking it would legitimately jam and I'd spend half a day getting it out), and the fit is perfect. Tad bit of wiggle, but retention is phenomenal. Only thing I don't like is the lack of direct compatibility with Safariland's QLS setup, but that's between them and Blackhawk and has no bearing on KS by any means.

It’s one of the holsters of all time

It’s pretty solid. Got it for like $35 on sale from here on a police trade in. Not optics compatible. If you need more retention and you need it now, buy this for $35. I think they are going for like ~$100 elsewhere. I just wanted to start it out and I like it. The release button pushes down, not back, like on a safariland. Also you have to actuate the button to lock in the hood when reholstering. Overall, very dated design. But it’s Blackhawk, what did you expect.

Side note, works with my g19.5 with threaded barrel.

Great holster for the money

I was a little hesitant at first because you don’t see a whole lot of lv3 holsters for sale under 100$. But as soon and the package came in I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was in great condition and works fantastic! 10/10 would buy again.

Great holster

Used this in the mean time before I bought a holster with red dot capabilities was nice to have something that was able to ride with and protect my fire arm while working on fence or moving around a lot like chasing cattle or ridding a scout bike

Not too shabby

Pretty good quality and seems to work. Worn a bit but no functional issues. I just wish it could accommodate threaded barrels as well (slightly too long)
