One of the last to give up solid color uniforms, Austria's Bundesheer recently switched to a (vomits internally) digital camouflage pattern. Mercifully, this new pattern of greens, grays, and tan is actually functional in Austria's urban and mountain environments. It's like UCP, except it actually works. Beneath this new camo you'll find all the cultural autism of Germanic peoples, with sensible pocket arrangements, stout closures, and durable construction.
These Austrian field shirts feature ripstop fabric—battle-tested reinforcement with the strength to resist tears while keeping the fabric comfortable, lightweight, and quick drying. Roomy pockets and sturdy construction make these shirts perfect all-around attire. The green/gray Tarnanzug camouflage is tastefully understated, making it a great fit for either a night out(side, leering through the window) at the neighborhood bar, or for going innawoods with the boys. If these shirts can stand up to the rigorous use that tens of thousands of Austrian servicemen will put them through, they can work for you too.
Day 65 of operation schnitzel drip--we are outfitted with the finest digital uniforms, the most beautiful girls, and the most hideous rifles. I'm attached to the 190th Drinking Habsburgs as a special Pomp Advisor, yet we have not yet chosen a side in WWIII. Still, the lager must flow. Please write to my fiance, and ask her if she's neutral.
