Acidtarn/Versengtarn Field Shirt Size Chart
Finding Your Size
Most German military uniforms, including our Acidtarn and Versengtarn field shirts use the Bundeswehr sizing system. In the Bundeswehr system, every chest and height combination is assigned to a number designation, the Nr.Gr. size. Each Nr.Gr. size can be directly translated to standard NATO sizing, so once you know your number you're set for most military clothing.
To size your field shirt, measure your total height and your chest. Use these numbers and the chart below to find your Gr. size.
You now have a choice to make. If you would like a "shirt" fit, use the Gr. number you just found. If you want a slightly longer "jacket" look, go up one height bracket and use that number instead.
For example, our photoshoot model (5' 10.5", 37.5" chest, 145 lbs) wears a size 02 for a shorter "shirt" fit, and 07 for a longer "jacket" fit.
