A set of one of the most comfortable base layers we've ever put on, stitched together with quality materials and German precision.
Layer it under your favorite kit for the winter or pair it with your favorite coveralls for a layer of Fire Resistant (FR) protection.
If you haven't got the idea in your head already, the ability to have FR underlayers means that you don't have to worry as much about getting the rest of your gear in FR fabrics (read: expensive). If you're a surplus fanatic, this is huge — you can layer these underneath rest assured you're protected from open flames while still rocking your old gear.
Naturally, we put 'FR' to the test with a 3700 Degree Fahrenheit Flame from a MAPP gas torch — we were pleasantly surprised with the results.
From left to right, you can see how much we tortured the fabric. It took a considerable effort just to burn a hole into these with a very hot flame. The hole you're seeing on the right isn't the result of it catching aflame (it pretty much extinguished immediately after we took our torch off of it), but rather it charring and breaking apart with no damage to the material behind.
The undershirt is extra long to allow for ease of tucking in with extra slack, and the long johns are constructed just like your favorite pair of long undies. They'll fit close to your body but not too tight.
As a standard disclaimer for all FR products, we are not responsible for any injuries or bodily harm that you get while wearing this. These are surplus so they are by no means guaranteed to perform as designed. Stay safe and stay smart around heat, fires, and electrical hazards.

Comfy was no joke
This'll keep you cozy, that's for sure. Don't even have to wear it under a full suit of snow gear either, it'll keep you comfy just above freezing in something as simple as pants and a light jacket. I wasn't expecting how much like a smock the shirt is, but it gets the job done. I would never wear the pants alone though, as they are pretty loose.
