This item is lovingly finished in Danish M84 (diet Flecktarn B). This camo pairs nicely with Flecktarn, MARPAT, and countless other woodland patterns. M84 was created by reducing the number of colors in Flecktarn B while retaining the disruption pattern, choosing three shades which especially suited the Danish woodlands (and US coniferous forests). This results in a versatile woodland pattern with bonus hipster points.
Sizing
Measure the widest circumference around the top of your forehead where the lip of the hat would rest. From what we've found these hats are pretty spot on to their size.

It is a short brim, so it is barely a boonie hat and the stated sizes are about 1cm too small. So if you have a big dome like me, 60cm, get the 61 if you can.
Thanks to other reviewers I sized up. Ordered size 60 when my head is 58cm, that got me the goldilocks fit, not too small, not too big, just right.
Legit Danish surplus, that is super comfy in killer camo, might have to get a 2nd one as a spare just in case anything happens.........you know.
I loved the pattern. I had to send back. I ordered it 2 sizes to small. I normally wear a 7.5, I had to return it and get the 60cm.
The Danish know how to make a robust boonie hat. It's a heavier weight than what we’re used to in the US, but it’s still comfortable, packable and great at blocking the sun and rain.
True to size, nice for a hot sunny day and if I say so quite the sexy camo.
