The phrase "tactical fanny pack" might seem like one of the most uncool things you could think of, but MARSOC was on to something with this, and it's definitely catching on again.
At some point being a design made or distributed by London Bridge Trading (LBT), these small & incredibly handy waist packs are the perfect size for fitting an entire standard IFAK's worth of medical components inside. While the ones we got don't feature LBT's lion logo, the companies who ended up making them didn't cut any corners on quality.
It features a main pocket with mesh partitions, an elastic band for holding a tourniquet, and an exterior pocket for roll gauze or gloves. The waist band is fully adjustable and it's buckled by an incredibly strong (typically 18kN looped, 9kN straight) COBRA buckle or cobra-styled buckle with the same specs. needless to say it's not going to let you down at the buckle.
An enormous advantage of having it as a fanny pack instead of an attached PALS pouch is that you can rotate it wherever is most comfortable & accessible. In a vehicle? no need to lean on it, shift it to the front. Going prone? throw it around back like a true "Fanny pack". In emergencies, it's also easy to remove from your body to access it's components vs having to roll you around, possibly injuring you further. Some variants also feature MOLLE webbing in case you do want to hook it up to your favorite battle belt, but we don't think it's as adaptable that way.
MARSOC has a reputation for being on the bleeding edge in terms of gear, and this is definitely no exception. Surplus of this caliber is hard to come by and is a collector's dream, so it's bound to go quick.
Variants
JBC Corp's fanny packs keep it simple & minimalist, but Response's feature MOLLE Straps, and a belt passthrough if you want to run it on your duty belt or war belt.
The JBC pack features an ADF "Raptor" buckle, while the Response features a genuine AustriAlpin COBRA™ buckle.

Condition
Good: IFAK has seen use, and is ready for more. May have stains, dirt, or sand on the fabric of the pack but all buckles, zippers, and hardware is 100% functional.
Serviceable: IFAK may be missing a buckle (throw your own 1" buckle system on there), may have a different buckle than listed above, or may have abrasions or a cut to the fabric.
