These are new production, second generation styled 2L SADF Waterbottels (this the correct Afrikaans spelling don't @ us) made with the original molds. Now you can have all the functionality of the original with modern BPA-free plastics. 

Useful for SADF LARPing or just backcountry hiking and camping in general. It’s always nice to have a more tetris-a-ble water container than your typical 32oz Nalgene bottle. And of course, it has plenty of real estate for all your favorite anime stickers, no judgment here senpai.

Please note: as these are based off of original molds, there is an incredibly small (0.2%, according to reports from customers) chance that it develops a leak. If that is the case, we will replace your bottle free of charge.

Five Star Hydration

I’m really happy with these bottles. I originally got a two pack to go with my SADF battle jacket. They fit perfect and between the two of them I can easily carry 4L on a ruck.

They were brand new - no crud. I used a bit of a vinegar rinse to get rid of any plastic smell.

I got a second set while they are available. My wife calls me a horder. But what does she know about the surplus game?

A must-have for Niemoller Vest users

This is a must-have for the NIEMOLLER VEST!

bought two bottles, and both contained broken pieces of the bottle. Be sure to shake the bottle well before use. If you hear any strange noises, there may be broken pieces inside the bottle.

Great canteens

These are pretty decent quality. The canteen cap can be swapped out for a USGI cap, meaning NBC caps and the amazon special canteen cap with the drinking straw will work with them. These fit well in USGI sustainment pouches giving you 4l of water capacity on side pouches in hard containers. They work well with the Molle 2 Ruck system and honestly its a serious VIBE to hydrate on the move with these and my UCP Gorka. 5 stars, will buy again.
