These were brand new, Propper brand, police trousers in navy blue. Came with elastic, stretchy sides and showed up at 50x37! I like this since I often mod my clothes with hand sewing so now I've got plenty of extra material in case of a rip. Very lucky to pull this pair from the police dead-stock lot; Thanks Kommando Store!

The new old stock 5.11 black cargo pants will serve me well at work, and at a bargain price I couldn’t refuse. I’ve ripped multiple pairs of wally whirled el cheapo cargo pants in the field working in EMS and over time I can feel when a material is up to snuff, these will last for sure. Thanks again KS
