Trijicon, after what felt like decades of bullying, finally put out a micro prism sight in recent years that many have come to love as their go-to when Aimpoint T2 clone #3202463234 just doesn't do what you want it to do.
Being the kings of "Prism" sights with their ACOG series, Trijicon scaled things down and made the MRO with the sole goal to have a large FOV with minimal distortion. The result is a decently "red dot" sized sight with the benefits of a proper prism without taking up your field of view.
