Clip-on thermals and night vision devices have long been a popular way to greatly enhance the performance of rifles at night — the PVS-24A is an issued clip on thermal designated for long range use on high-caliber rifles.
We're not ones to assume you have one of those, (but if you do, we're definitely jealous) but like other padded pouches, this one has a lot of alternative uses. It's semi-rigid padded body is fantastic as a way to protect smaller NVDs and clip on devices too, along with zoom lenses for said devices. For hunters, it makes a great rangefinder/monocular case, and can even fit compact spotting scopes (See dimensions to confirm fit).
On the side, it has an accessory pocket for lens cleaning tools, batteries, bikini caps, and anything else you might want to take along with the optic in the case.
All the zippers are protected from snags by large flaps and a redundant fastex clip keeps the main pocket extra secure even when the zipper fails. The body itself is a durable nylon that will hold up to all kinds of abrasions and a drain hole at the bottom of the main pouch lets water escape to avoid (irreparably) damaging what's inside.

Condition
Pouches are in excellent condition with no signs of wear, and all hardware present and functional. Pouches also still contain their native PVS-24A Operators Manual.
