Finding Your Size
Most German military uniforms, including our Acidtarn and Versengtarn field shirts use the Bundeswehr sizing system. In the Bundeswehr system, every chest and height combination is assigned to a number designation, the Nr.Gr. size. Each Nr.Gr. size can be directly translated to standard NATO sizing, so once you know your number you're set for most military clothing.
To size your field shirt, measure your total height and your chest. Use these numbers and the chart below to find your Gr. size.
You now have a choice to make. If you would like a "shirt" fit, use the Gr. number you just found. If you want a slightly longer "jacket" look, go up one height bracket and use that number instead.
For example, our photoshoot model (5' 10.5", 37.5" chest, 145 lbs) wears a size 02 for a shorter "shirt" fit, and 07 for a longer "jacket" fit.
If you have any questions about sizing, don't hesitate to open a chat with us.

Vers·eng·tarn from the German versengt “scorched” and tarnen “camouflage.”
Versengtarn is our tribute to the iconic German Flecktarn pattern. Built up over decades, Germany's Cold War surplus of Flecktarn clothing dominated the surplus market from the early 2000s until 2015/2016.
When we started this project, the politics of the Ukrainian Civil War had turned off the tap on this bottomless supply of high quality military surplus. With German uniforms making their way into the hands of Russian separatists, the Bundeswher had ceased all public auctions of Flecktarn uniforms — opting instead to burn their surplus.
Our process takes the iconic Flecktarn pattern and 'scorches' it with a reactive dye, darkening the print and giving each piece a unique appearance. Black, but not quite black — the color of the fabric shifts in the light.
After the dye bath, each field shirt is washed with a binding agent, removing any residual dye. The resulting Versengtarn fabric will not leech color or chemicals — it is clean enough to put in your mouth (if you're into that.)

Feels good, looks good, only thing is that I had to find German sizing charts
It's a little small and the Velcro on the right sleeve is ripped and the zipper handle broken off.
Very nice, very cool
It looks very nice. Honestly, get one. "Amusingly," I bought the acid tarn and this one together expecting I would like the acid tarn more but I like this one more actually.
