Finding Your Size
In the Bundeswehr system, every chest and height combination is assigned to a number designation, the Nr.Gr. size. Each Nr.Gr. number can be directly translated to standard NATO sizing, so once you know your number you're set for most military clothing.
Measure your total height and your chest. If your measurements come between two different height sizes, it is recommended to go for the bigger size. Find the row with your height in it, then find the column with your chest size; the number in the box where they meet is your size.
