In general, you should be able to go with the (US) size you normally wear. The measurements here are the measurements of the shirt itself, not your body.
Beefy-T
Although the shirts are technically unisex, the Beefy-T is cut for a male wearer and may appear baggy and long on women. The shirt will shrink slightly during the first wash. After this it should fit true to size.
Compare with one of your favorite shirts to verify the fit, and if in doubt feel free to contact customer service for assistance!

These hoodies have a more modern & athletic fit than what we've stocked for a while, but have a much more premium construction overall. Below is the chart straight from the horse's mouth, but you should be safe picking your typical US Size or sizing one up if you like a more relaxed fit.

In another bombastic collaboration with the moé missile artist Atamonica, We're proud to introduce AIM-120 AMRAAM-chan in all of her raytheon-sponsored adorableness.
Our bundle features an extra-fine, double-sided screen print of AMRAAM-chan. Using high quality inks and our favorite US based print shop, we're able to achieve an incredible level of detail, color, and quality. And unlike cheaper 'direct-to-garment' printing methods, our screen print will stand the test of time.
It's the perfect way to make new friends in public places, seriously concern your immediate family, and cause extreme discomfort among Raytheon employees.
Our bundle also includes an 8 x 3" slap of AMRAAM-Chan, and an embroidered pentagonal 3" round patch—both original, never-before-seen designs.

The hoodies are athletic fit, meaning you'll probably want to stick to your US shirt size unless you're an oversized-hoodie-enjoyer. If you're on the upper end of your US shirt size, definitely size up as these will shrink slightly in the wash.
