SUPA NICE

For what ya pay you get some as the kids say Goated with the sauce boots. Need some breaking in to my foot but used them camping over the weekend. Pinky toe needs a little more room kinda narrow. But as they break in we be good and they will be my new goofin boots. Super good condition and clean stoked to hunt in these this fall.

Great boots

For this price def best boots ive bought, sturdy, warm (used in where medium winter temps -20 celcius) are and heavy. Tip of boot reinforced can kick something or someone with it. Bought in good conditions came great even with little used soles. with austrian m75 bdu pants pairs great. Bought EU 45 ( Aka American 11.5) and sizing are accurate, even got some place for thick socks.

If it's good enough for the Austrian military...

Most likely good enough for me.

Quite comfy and fashionable. Work well with tight pants especially. ;)

I live in a place that has ZERO tolerance for the snow. Even 1/4" of the snow is gonna mess up the whole infrastructure and ruin the day of 3 million people. Worst case scenario, I may have to WALK back home... it's gonna suck, but I'd rather suck comfortable.

Should I buy a used boot and a discussion on condition

I am going to be a little long-winded here, so the short version is yes, you should purchase a used boot and always purchase the best condition for your intended purpose and purchase the best that you can afford. Always trust Ivan! I have been told repeatedly that you should never buy used footwear, because it’s already molded to someone else’s feet. Having been warned several times, but with Kommandostore having an epic sale on Austrian boots, I decided to give it a try. I was torn between purchasing this boot in good or excellent condition and the paratrooper boot in excellent condition. Because I was uncertain of the outcome, I decided to go cheap. The boot I purchased was around $40 and the excellent condition boots were in the $60-80 range. First, a discussion of condition. The boots arrived with only a little dirt on them, and I thoroughly cleaned them and followed with leather conditioner. The uppers are in amazing shape and look to me like the product pictures. The sole are a different matter. I am including pictures side-by-side with my last pair of old school backpacking boots. They are clunky 5 pound monsters and have 250 miles on them from a 21 day trip in the Colorado Rockies. Excluding another 30 miles of break-in and occasional wear during the winter, that is the only use they’ve had. In comparison, the soles on the Austrian boots are similar and appear to have easily double the wear. These boots were manufactured in 2020, but have at least 500 miles on…
