Known by many as the “Texas of Germany”, this German state has a lot in common with its American counterpart. It is the largest state, is located in the southern part of the country, the urban areas are very urban while the rural areas are very rural, all the common cultural stereotypes stem from there, and many of the inhabitants would be just fine if a secession were to take place. This one will probably get you one on the house in the right beer hall.
