I do plan on wearing this under my hard hat, it holds my hair back but be warned if you have big hair like me it may be a bit small as mine is. I don't have a large head more medium size but the real test will be when I use it with my hard hat.

The quality is fantastic, and it does work perfectly. The only issue is it’s a tad small so if you’ve got a fat head, it’ll be a tight fit.
