It's exactly what it's supposed to be.
It's a patch. The design's good and the material's good. It's got hook-and-loop material on the back so you can stick it to stuff. Stick it on something you wear in public so people can ask friendly questions about what it is and you can look at your feet and mumble about 90's experimental cyberpunk anime and make yourself actively more difficult to interact with. It's good.
