If you are looking for a great way to bribe yourself out of a speeding ticket, this isn't it. But if it were, you might say something like, "Hey, sorry about that. I'll get this ticket paid right away. I just wanted to give you this as an appreciation for all you do!"
Do not attempt to give this to any officer with a metallic sounding last name. You know what I mean.
