Easily the best company I’ve ever had dealings with. Was sent the wrong item originally, not in the greatest of conditions ( a technicality that was out of their control and have dealt with ). They’ve sent the correct items free of charge and not asked to send back the faulty product at my expense.

I routinely suffer every winter from a cold head and frozen ears. However, this quaint animal product has saved me from certain death at the hands of hypothermia or something like that.
Sheds a bit out of the box just a quick blow off with compressed air took care of it in a second. Wind fears this hat, winter shivers at the thought of such a piece of headwear.

At first, I received the wrong Ushanka. But Kommandostore took care of it by sending the correct item and a return label for the incorrect product. I like the Ushanka. It is very warm and the rabbit fur is so soft. It shed a little at first but it is just fine now.
Ordered this for a family member who wanted a warm hat for checking wells out in the oil field. This hat is so warm. The hat is actual rabbit fur so expect a few hairs shedding. A+
