How Long is the Lead Time for Pre-Order Waxi Boots?
Waxi boots may have a longer lead time than most of our products due to the nature of their manufacturing - They're handmade in South Africa, which experiences rolling blackouts as a way to "load shed" for their power grid. With the small business we've been working with for close to a decade, lead times can vary. Please see the boot pages themselves for lead time estimates.
Can I Get a Specific Waxi Made in My Size?
If your size is selectable during the pre-order period, Yes! You're allowed to pick your color, size, and sole type and have it specially made for you in South Africa.
We strongly suggest you consult the size chart prior to ordering. You can read it here or on any of the boot pages.
Once it gets to you - be sure to try it on and make sure it's to your liking.
How do Pre-Orders Work? Can I get a Refund?
At any time prior to the boots dispatching our warehouse, your pre-order is 100% refundable. And if you have issues once they arrive, we offer free size exchanges or other QC-related issue exchanges. You'll be charged when you place your order, and we offer regular updates to your email as production of the boots moves ahead.
